When your booking is complete, you will receive both
- An email confirmation
- An SMS confirmation
The email recaps your trip information as well as the fleet's contact details and cancellation policy.
If you have not received the confirmation, please check your spam mail and your bank statement for a pre-authorisation.
If your credit card has not been authorised, it is very likely that the payment transaction has failed. However, if your card has been authorised but you have not received confirmation of the booking, please contact our Customer Services department using dedicated contact form.
