When your booking is complete, you will receive both
- An email confirmation
- An SMS confirmation
The latter recap your trip information and include a link to cancel your booking if needed.
If you didn’t receive anything by email, we advise you to check your spam box and credit card statement for a preauthorisation before reaching out to Customer Service team.
If your credit card was not preauthorised, it is most probable your booking wasn't taken into account and it will be necessary to retry the booking.
If your card was preauthorised but you have not received the booking confirmation, please contact our Customer Service team, using the dedicated contact form.
