A receipt for your ride will be sent to your email address as soon as the ride has completed quality control and your card has been charged. This can be up to 48 hours after completion of the ride, however, is normally much quicker.
It is issued on behalf of the fleet, and provides the following information:
- fleet information
- receipt date
- receipt number
- ride reference number
- ride details
- passenger details
- price of the ride including local taxes
If you have not received your receipt more than 48 hours after your ride, simply contact our Mon Chauffeur Support Team through the dedicated contact form and we’ll be happy to help.
Please note that some email providers may have redirected the receipt to your spam or junk folder, so please check here in the first instance.
