A receipt for your trip will be sent out 48 hours after its completion on the email address you have filled in during your booking. It is edited on behalf of the fleet.
At the moment it is not possible to provide passengers with invoices, however, please note that the receipt contains all the necessary information you need for business purposes:
- Fleet information
- Receipt date
- Receipt number
- Client number
- Date of trip
- Scheduled pick up time
- Name of the passenger
- Pick up location
- Drop off location
- Price of the trip
- VAT
- Total
- Payment confirmation
- Fleet contact information
- Name of the driver
If you require the receipt in a different language or you didn’t receive anything more than 48 hours after your trip, you can ask for a duplicate through our dedicated contact form.
