Most of our partner fleets will accept a pet as long as it is
- Small enough to fit on your lap or in an adapted bag
- Clean and odourless
- Managed by its owner
Please, do remember to advise your driver of the presence of your pet by leaving a comment at the time of booking.
Ultimately, the driver is the one who’ll decide whether the pet can come on board. To make sure, contact your selected fleet using the details on the booking confirmation.
Guide dogs will be accepted.
