Your booking confirmation includes the fleet contact information. It is displayed at the bottom of the page, right above the Terms and Conditions.
Please contact the fleets directly for questions such as:
- Luggage size
- Traveler name (in case it’s different from the booker’s)
- Delayed train
- Driver meeting point
Booking amendments (address, time…), require an extra vehicle, etc., can not be done over the phone. Such changes have an impact on the trip’s conditions (traffic, duration…) and subsequently - its final price.
To avoid bad surprises, don’t make arrangements that can’t be followed-up, but cancel and rebook your trip.
Besides, as all financial transactions go through our portal, nothing is to be paid to the fleet and no refund will be issued on our part in such case.
