Your booking confirmation includes the fleet contact information.
Please contact them directly if you have any questions about their operation that we cannot answer such as:
Booking amendments (address, time…), requesting an extra vehicle, or any other changes that may impact the ride cannot be done over the phone. Such changes have an impact on the ride’s conditions (expected traffic, duration…) and may change both the quote and the final price.
To avoid surprises, any amendments that need to be made should involve cancelling the original ride and rebooking a new ride with the correct details.
Please note that you should never pay your driver directly for a journey booked through Mon Chauffeur.
