If you have noticed the final fare of your trip is different than the preauthorisation performed on your credit card we recommend checking the following;
1. Whether your fare was fixed or metered (Final fare)
2. Whether you have been on time for your ride (If you arrive to the meeting point after the scheduled pickup time)
3. Any change of your original booking / change requested during your trip will probably impact the final price of the trip.
- Additional stop (to drop someone off, for instance)
- Additional service (eg. baby seat)
- Itinerary modification
- Drop off location change
Changes made with the driver or the fleet directly, not performed through Mon Chauffeur, will not be known by us ; which will prevent our ability to provide any support in case of a problem.
