Late passenger / Waiting time

If you arrive at the meeting point after the scheduled pickup time, waiting fees may be applied.

Though specifics vary by fleet, generally:

• VTC fleets usually grant some free waiting time in the price.
• TaxiCab fleets start charging waiting fees from the scheduled pickup time as generally local regulations stipulate they must.

Fleet tolerance and the waiting cost per minute are available on the fleet's Terms and Conditions, displayed during the booking.
